Compliments of Philips Lifeline公司和Right at Home公司

Right at Home公司在遍布美国各地的营业所提供生命线服务。目前Compliments of Lifeline公司和 Right at Home公司为护士、个案经理，社工、职业治疗师和药剂师提供7个继续教育课程。主题围绕老年人跌倒预防和医药干预。

如何为继续教育课程注册

每个课程可以在Philips Lifeline公司生命线教育中心网站获得。大部分课程每小时1分。
注册程序：
1、进入- http://lifeline.theonlinelearningcenter.com
2、如果你之前没有在Philips Learning Center 注册过，点击注册。
3、在注册过程中，可能会要求你填写一个有效邮件地址。
4、你还会被要求输入你选择的口令（密码）。
5、继续点击来完成注册程序。
6、进入所要求的统计数据，点击下一步。
7、点击Next（下一步）跳过关于继续教育课程账号
8、选择合适的专业识别，提供所需的信息，点击下一步。
9、请点击完成。
10、你应当收到一封邮件，确认你的邮箱地址。点击邮址内提供的链接，你可以自动登录，你的注册就完成了。

1、1.选择课程目录。
2、选择Philips Lifeline课程目录。
3、从drop-down选择保健专业。
4、选择继续教育认证课程。
5、选择并完成你所选的课程。
注：你在网站搜寻过程中可能得允许弹出功能来开启课程。
6、接触到考题并得到证书，退出课程，遵循指南，得到考题。
7、使用Philips Lifeline Learning Center网站，如需帮助请拨打：1-800-692-4295。

California Board of Nursing
Commission for Case manager Certification (CCMC)
Maryland Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation
National Association of Social Workers
Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB)

The States of Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and West Virginia do not accept CEs approved through the National Association of Social Workers. However social workers in Michigan, North Carolina, and Ohio can receive accreditation for this program through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB). Social workers in West Virginia cannot receive CE credits for this program.
